The School of Nursing and Midwifery of the College of Health Sciences, University of Ghana respectfully invites you to a workshop on "TRANSFORMATIVE SUPERVISION'.

Supervisors face increasing pressure to meet the demands of increased post-graduate outputs, and to shorten the period between student registration and graduation. They also have to manage a diverse student population, and a University context, characterised by complexity and resource constraints. In this workshop, participants will be exposed to peer supervision, and be able to reflect on their own supervision styles, and approaches. Professor Laetitia Rispel from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa will facilitate the workshop.
