Dr. Theresa Barnes is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Research, Education, and Administration at the University of Ghana School of Nursing and Midwifery. Her clinical career began at the Trauma and Orthopaedic Unit, Korle-Bu, where she served in all three operating theatres before becoming the Nurse Manager at the Accident Centre Theatre. She currently contributes her expertise as a faculty member of AO Alliance, a global nonprofit committed to improving fracture care in low- and middle-income countries, by training operating room staff across Ghana.

Dr. Deborah Armah is an innovative, competent, committed, active, and easily adaptable young woman who is also hard-working. She is a lecturer working with the University of Ghana (Legon, Accra). She lectures both graduate and undergraduate nursing students. Aside from her lecturing she undertakes supervision of both master's and degree nursing students, directing students with their patient care studies, mentors, and coaches’ students.

Dr. Mary Ani-Amponsah is a senior faculty member and Head of the Maternal and Child Health Department, College of Health Sciences, University of Ghana. She holds a Doctoral degree in Nursing from the University of Alberta, Canada, with a focus on quality newborn care in rural and low-resource settings. Mary has about 25 years’ work experience in maternal and newborn health with expertise in lactation management. She has extensive work experience in e-learning, blended learning, and educational technology management in the health sciences.

 Dr. Asamoah Ampofo has made significant contributions to the field. Before her current role, she served as a Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Maternal and Child Health at the School of Nursing and Midwifery, University of Cape Coast in Ghana. She currently holds a position as a Senior Lecturer at the School of Nursing and Midwifery, University of Ghana, where she continues to inspire and educate the next generation of nursing professionals.

Dr. Caroline Dinam Badzi is a lecturer in the School of Nursing and Midwifery. She has over 12 years of experience in both quantitative and qualitative research. Her research focuses on the sexual and reproductive health of women and adolescents. She has been involved in several research projects on women, adolescents, and vulnerable groups such as people who inject drugs (PWID), female sex workers (FSW), and men who sleep with men (MSM).
